Zero-G
Our Zero-G has built an enviable reputation as the only portable mountain bike designed for real, hard-core trail riding. But part of our obsession is never being satisfied with our current designs, no matter how good they are. So when we set out to redesign the Zero-G, we called up Joe Murray, world champion mountain biker and designer extraordinaire. Working with Joe, we redesigned the frame from the ground up, starting with our proprietary ultra light Puro™ U6 aluminum tubing, reworking the frame geometry to mirror Joe's legendary XC hardtail designs, and adding signature Joe Murray design details like square chain stays, a taller head tube, and a forward slotted seat tube. For real trail riding and sport touring it doesn't get better than the Zero-G.
X500 (International)
Sharing the same Joe Murray designed frame with the Zero G, the X500 is equipped with worthy, but slightly more economical components. But take a close look and you'll see we haven't cut any corners - the X500 is still a solid XC hardtail mountain bike that's ready for abuse. From the RockShox U-Turn fork to the Hayes disc brakes, the X500 is a bike that's ready to rock and roll.

Joe Murray Design
The ride of any bike is largely defined by the frame geometry. So we contacted Joe Murray, a legend in the mountain bike world. Joe's many accomplishments include being an original member of the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame, a 2 time mountain bike National Champion, and winning 12 straight NORBA races (unmatched since). Joe is also a designer extraordinaire, currently working with Shimano Skunkworks and as head of design for Voodoo. Joe has also designed influential bikes for Kona, Marin and Merlin.
Puro™ U6 Aluminum Alloy
Our proprietary, ultra light Puro™ U6 aluminum alloy is 25% stronger and 20% more fatigue resistant than traditional 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.

Manitou Skareb Forks (Zero-G)
The Skareb is Manitou's ultra light XC race fork. Its most visible feature is the Reverse Arch magnesium casting that puts the arch behind the fork legs for enhanced stiffness. But when you ride, it's the butter smooth suspension action from the Evil Genius™ seals that will impress you most. 80mm travel, air/oil, and crazy light.
