The AMPLIPHI-3.8-48 is a 48V lithium iron phosphate (LFP) replacement for lead-acid batteries that works with all major battery-based inverter brands and includes closed-loop communications for accurate SOC and battery management through your inverter. The AMPLIPHI 3.8kWh Amp deep-cycle Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) battery is optimized with proprietary cell architecture, power electronics, BMS and assembly methods. It is modular, light- weight and scalable for installations that range from kWh to MWh.

SimpliPhi Power's AMPLIPHI 3.8 Battery utilizes the safest Lithium Ion chemistry available, Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP, LiFePO4, Lithium Iron Phosphate). No cobalt or explosive hazards. By eliminating cobalt, the risk of thermal runaway, fire propagation, operating temperature constraints, and toxic coolants are reduced.

The AmpliPHI features a Battery Management System (BMS) with closed loop communications pre-configured for industry leading inverters that reports SOC and other critical real-time data, optimizing the value of storage and functionality within balance-of-system equipment. Combined with our proven overcurrent protection (OCPD) and accessible 100 Amp DC breaker On/Off switch, installation time is reduced and safety is increased during set-up for residential and commercial systems, on and off-grid. Designed to scale up to 75 batteries, the AmpliPHI integrates seamlessly with Sol-Ark and SMA, with other inverter brands being added soon.

Compatible with all industry-standard inverter charge controllers, the AMPLIPHI 3.8 Battery supports balance-of-system equipment and optimizes any power generation source – solar, wind, grid, generator – with scalable, on-demand energy storage solutions for critical back-up and daily savings on electricity bills.
