This is a reconfigured MagSafe adapter that has been fitted with a standard 5.5×2.1mm plug to connect to the Voltaic V72 battery pack. By Extension, this cable is the link to being able to solar charge your MacBook!

How It Works…

Simply connect this MagSafe adaptor to the end of the Voltaic V72’s standard output cable, select your desired voltage (16V or 19V depending on your MacBook), and connect to your MacBook as normal.

The V72 battery provides the stable voltage that your MacBook is wanting. For most MacBook models, you will find that 16V will ‘Power’ your computer (most efficient option), while the 19V setting will ‘Charge’ your computer.
