The mount seals to the roof with an integral EPDM Rubber Washer and a sealing top cap. The completed assembly has a 5/16” stud compatible with existing SnapNrack components and has been tested to over 4,000lbs of uplift force! The MRB can't be beat for ease of installation and reliability over the service life of the system.

Works with Any L-Foot Attachments for Any Rail System

Available with the SnapnRack L-Foot assembly for easy integration with SnapNrack rail systems. It can also be purchased alone for use with any L-Foot (5/16-18 nut required to secure the L-Foot to the Base Mount's threaded post).

Wood Sub-Structures...

Use an appropriate lag screw for your roof. We recommend a 3" Torx head screw with EPDM rubber washer.

DO NOT lag screw into the top chord of your rafters - use blocking between the rafters to preserve your roof's design engineering & strength, and to provide the latitude you will want for positioning your attachments.

Metal Sub-Structures...

Use self-tapping screws of the appropriate length to reach your metal sub-structure.
