This Mini Dynamo USB charger doesn’t rely on batteries or sunshine. Plug your phone, iPod, or other USB devices into the USB port and crank the handle for a minute or two to get a quick power boost.

1 minute of dynamo cranking (at a casual 2-turns per second) will provide up to 3 minutes of call time, or 30 minutes of stand-by.
