Electrical features include overload protection, low battery alarm / shut down, external, replaceable fuse and low idle power draw of less than 0.5 Amps.

Safety listed by ETL, this device is approved for use in hospitals and applications requiring UL60601 compliance. The unit comes with a cigarette lighter cord-set with plug.
