Yes, you can use this charger to replace the older Yeti 400 or Sherpa 50 charger.
Yes, you can also use this with other Sherpa & Yeti battery packs (that use the 8mm input format). For the larger battery packs, you will find the 98058 charger to be faster & more efficient.
