Will the Yeti 400's charge at the same time using this cable?
Yes, chaining the Yetis will cause the batteries to act as one, charging and discharging simultaneously. If they were differences in battery levels when you first connected them, then it will take some time for them to equalize first.

Can I use cable to chain a Yeti 400 to Yeti lithium models?
Unfortunately you cannot. Aside from the Lithium Yetis not being chainable currently, you can't chain lead acid to lithium. The voltage difference and different chemistry of the batteries do not work together.

Can I use this cable to chain Yeti Lithium packs together?
No you cannot, the Lithium Yetis are not yet expandable/chainable. This is something Goal Zero is currently working on. Expect a solution for this in 2019.
